This policy explains what personal information Grand CCIL collects through this website, why we collect it, and what we do with it. It covers the contact form and the website itself.
Who we are
Grand CCIL is a limestone and granite quarrying company in Ogun State, Nigeria. We are responsible for the personal information described in this policy. To reach us about it, use the contact page.
What we collect
When you send us a message through the contact form, we collect:
- your name
- your business name
- your business email address
- your phone number, if you choose to give it
- the stone you are interested in, if you choose to say
- your delivery location, if you choose to give it
- the message you write
When you visit the website, our web host may record technical information such as your IP address, your browser type and the pages you open. This is kept in server logs for running and securing the site.
We do not use analytics tools, advertising tools or tracking cookies on this website. We do not ask for payment details, identity numbers or other sensitive information, so please do not include any in your message.
Why we use it, and our legal basis
We use the details you send to read and reply to your enquiry, to prepare quotes and supply details, and to keep a record of our dealings with you. We do this because you ask us to by sending the form (your consent) and because answering enquiries is a normal and necessary part of running our business (our legitimate interest).
We will not send you marketing messages unless you have agreed to receive them, and we do not make decisions about you by automated means. You can withdraw your consent at any time.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the website and handle your enquiry. These include Formspree, the form service that receives messages from the contact form, the email service we use to receive and store them, and our website host. They may use your information only to provide those services to us. We may also share information where the law requires it.
Where it is kept
Some of our service providers store or process information outside Nigeria. When your information is transferred, we share only what is needed and use providers that take steps to protect it. Our form service, Formspree, uses infrastructure in the United States, so your message passes through it there on its way to our inbox, and Formspree keeps a copy in its archive for 30 days.
How long we keep it
We keep your enquiry for as long as we need it to deal with it and any business that follows. After that we delete it or remove your details. You can ask us to delete it sooner.
Your rights
Under the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023, you can ask us to:
- tell you what information we hold about you and give you a copy
- correct information that is wrong or incomplete
- delete your information when we no longer need it, or when you withdraw your consent
- restrict, or stop, how we use your information
To use any of these rights, send us a message through the contact page and say that it is a privacy request. We may need to check who you are before we act on it.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission.

This website does not set cookies of its own, and it does not use analytics or advertising trackers.

Keeping your information safe
We take reasonable steps to protect your information from loss, misuse and unauthorised access. No way of sending information over the internet is completely secure, so please share only what is needed.
